Boil honey and sugar until redish-brown for syrup. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add brendy, salt, flour, and allow dough to rise 20-30 minutes. Roll out in layer 2 mm thick and cut into 2-3 cm strips. Cut the strips further into 3-4/ mm pieces and fry in hot oil. In a large bowl, mix warm syrup into fried dough. Place chak-chak in a greased plates.
